scouting question

So when I spread my points out, scout, and then view the results I write them down. Then the draft starts, and when I view the guys I scouted their ratings are now different. Can someone tell me why that is and which I should be using to make my decisions? Thank you.

The variability in scout reports reflect the assesment each time you look at the player. Your scouts may not use the exact same words to describe him every time, but the variability centers around the 'correct' assessment. The more scouting points you put on a player, the smaller your 'error margin' will be.
