When I try to hire a head coach from the Private list either I get an error when I advance a day or no matter what I offer the coach doesn't accept and it auto picks a coach. Below is the error log, any help would be appreciated.

ok found the issue, but will need a patch going forward to get rid of the error message.

The message however is noncritical, so try just clicking ok, go back ito the game and click 'sim staff signing week 1' again, and you should see it progress as normal. (I am pretty certain this should work with no repercussions - but just in case back up your league file before you do it)
