Thanks for giving us the ability to edit the coachs' philosophies. There's just one small detail that seems to be missing though. We can't change whether a coaches scheme is run or pass focused, or can we? Could we have that option added when editing staff? It kind of is an issue when your best offensive player is your running back, but all of your coaches want to run pass focused offenses.
