Fog of War

I thought last time I checked there were no overall ratings for players. Has that changed? If so, is there a way to turn FoW back on?

Overall has always been in the game... I don't think we've removed it anywhere.

The draft doesn't show them or any ratings I don't think.

Draftees in some modes doesn't have overalls since you're expected to use scouting reports, etc. to draft. After that the overalls should show.

Regardless of those particulars, still doesn't show ratings so in a sense they are removed there unless you scout.
