When the AI Coach Playbook is formed, does it take into consideration personnel in decided what plays to include in the playbook?
In fact, I would like to know what factors decide the plays in the playbook. Is it a combination of the scheme you choose for the coach with the Game Plan?

Ex: A team has a FB with poor catching skills. Will the AI know not to include a play such as FB Deep Out?

No, the AI coaches don't look at the books in that level of detail. They do take personnel into account for things like 3-4 versus 4-3 but we'll have to look more at tightening that all up in future versions.

It works the other way around, the playbooks are generated from the coach philosphies/preferences, and then they try to get players who fit their scheme.

If you look at the gameplans the coach sets, you can get a good feel for the kind of plays that will be in his playbook.
