Speed?

Sorry if this has been asked somewhere else, I did a search but could not find what I was looking for....
How does Speed work in the game? The Guid says speed is the most important factor in ratings.
So is the same across the board?
Meaning is a WR with 90 speed the same as an OL at 90 speed?
Or is their weight/size factored in?
So that a 5'8 180 lb WR with 90 speed is faster than a 6'6 320 lb OL with 90 speed?
He is fast for an lineman but not as fast as that WR.
I guess I have the same question about strength in reverse as well is a WR with 90 strength just as strong as an OL with 90 strength. Or again does his size come into play?
I want to create an Accurate 2018 NFL File, but I want to make sure the ratings are as accurate as possible.
So, I wanted to know if I could measure speed by player;s 40 times and strength by their bench press. Or is their more to it than that?
Any feedback in this area would be awesome! Thanks
