I bought Pro Football 2018 way back when and haven't had a chance to play it. So, this year, I'm getting an early start. Started by drafting players onto all the teams; then set up training, and, as far as I can tell, successfully ran training camp. Now, however, I'm at my first preseason game. I first went into Team Strategy (a very very confusing experience), then, thinking I had everything set, clicked on Preseason at the top of the screen, then clicked on Play Game only to find the message Playcalling Not Available. What gives? Getting to play out the games and see the plays unfold is one of the main reasons I wanted to play DDS.

Anybody? Is in-game playcalling an option in preseason games? If yes, can someone walk me through setting up my Team Strategy so that I have a playbook for the actual preseason game?

Okay. So the answer was, "Keep going. Eventually play calling options show up."
