I would like to see the game move towards 3 situations per down: Short (0-3), Medium (4-6), Long (7+)

This would give us a more control over the game. Sometimes when you're in a 3rd-5 you don't want to run if you don't have a great O-Line. But with that same team you will be much more inclined to run on 3rd-2. Right now in the game that's the same situation when in reality it should not be. Now if that were 2nd-5 there's a damn good chance you're considering running to get a closer 3rd down situation so you can run it from there. But if you were to not gain anything on 3rd-5 you're now thinking pass.

So please take this under serious consideration. Would love to see it implemented in PF18, I know it cannot possibly be that much work (more UI than anything I'm sure). But if not, next season is fine I suppose
