More Robust Coaching

I think the Coaching aspect of the game needs a lot of depth added to it.

Coaching Cards showing what type of coach they were, what their record was and what the team statistics were would be awesome.

When I look to hire a coach there is nothing to go by other than scheme, I want to know the track record of the coach.

Couldn't agree more, I'd also like to see coaching information adding to team historical records so you can see who was coaching in a given season. Might also be nice to have a place to have the "owner" name be recorded for online leagues.
