Would love to have the following...

12 teams
3 divisions, no conferences (there is currently one with 2 conferences but conferences don't work for me)
14 games - 2 versus each division opponent, 1 against all others
2 top teams from each division make the playoffs, two overall top seeds have a bye the first week (1, 2 = bye; 3 vs 6, 4 vs 5)
