Historical Draft Classes

Are the individual draft class files from the historical DB file going to be available in the mods thread to download and use in the game?

If I can get my hands on them, then it will make this game for me. I can start a fictional franchise with no established history and use the historical draft classes to give it the nostalgic feel.
