Ratings Progression Screen Not working

One of the things I most looked forward to was the Ratings Progression Screen so I could check on development without going through a time consuming download. However, I have reached early April, and the players and teams I checked show only a straight line in every category. This despite several guys gaining a half-basketball as expected.

I'm using the 100 scale and can'r remember which file I used to start the game, however I'm definitely not seeing any bumps in ratings.

It only works as a year over year comparison so when the season ends and you go to next year then you should see the increases

It shows up after training camp in 2018. At first I did not notice this because I'm using the pathetic Hawks to rebuild. Their colors are red and white, so the white bars blended into the white background of the chart. When I checked other teams, I saw it then went back to the Hawks.
