Coach Profiles

In a future installation, can we have some sort of coach profile where with can adjust the coaches preferences (type of players he likes) and style of play he likes? Seeing Phil Jackson not running the Triangle with the Bulls is disappointing. Back then teams ran a lot more set plays than they did today but even coaches of the today run out of sets. The game currently adjust the coaches play style to accommodate the players on the roster but some coaches in the game should be accommodating it’s roster for its play style.
