On, off, net stats

Hello.
Can you please help me with these stats?
How do you come up with these numbers?

On means the number of points when the player was playing and off when he was on the bench (of course it is not the total number of points but the margin of points)
Imagine that the player was playing and the game was 45x30. So his "on" was +15
He goes to the bench and the moment he returns the score is 45x35. So his off was -5

I see a player with one game made and two games he did not play (dnp).
In the game he played he had a +6 in five minutes of play. Two points in 1 of 1 shooting, one block and two assists.
His ON is 57,6.
His OFF is -7,8.
Why?

The ON and OFF are the totals for the entire team - it is supposed to be a measure of how the team is performing with him on the court vs off the court not just his individual performance

Ok, so this number is an average of the total team players plus and minus when the player was on and off the court?
