Coach of the year bug?

It seems that no matter how good my team is, I've won the championship 3 years in a row, even when I went 80-2 my coach did not win Coach of the Year. Is this a bug?

Its not a bug that you did not win the COY but maybe the criteria being used could be adjusted. It weighs heavily on who did the most per talent level so if somehow you have a team of all star players then it may not be considered as impressive a feat as what someone else did
