Error with purchasing on steam

I tried to use my visa gift card to buy Pro Basketball 2017 on steam and I used the same card to buy CBB on the wolverine studios website but it doesnt work on steam. Whati s the problem here? I entered the same info I entered for CBB when I bought it. What is the problem here?

So the Wolverine order worked but the Steam order didn't? Sounds like you should be asking Steam what the problem is, not Wolverine.
