I'm interested in starting the league in 1979-80 with Magic and Bird as rookies and going forward in time through today and beyond. Will this game allow me to do this? If so, will it allow drafts of the real rookies as they enter the league? Computer AI makes its own trades? Does it handle expansion?

For those of you who play OOTP, I'm basically looking for that historical functionality but for basketball. Does this game get me there?
