I have ddspb 2018 0n two computers can I some way play the game on my desk top
then play on my laptop when im traveling on the road the same league files without
missing a beat

Yes just copy across the game save from on of to the other before you travel

Fine the folder and .pbb file and copy both to your other desktop/laptop.
