Configure Teams To Other Conferences

This question may have been asked before, but is there a way to move teams from one conference to another? I would like to move some teams to a more geographical settings! IE, Texas A&M back to their home!

You can mod it in the xml (but it will only work for new games you start, you cannot move them inside an existing savegame).
