How does one go about changing the conference names? I tried downloading the all in one mod from last year and it didn't work (I could have put stuff in the wrong folders though ). Thanks in advance.

You would have to edit the Teams.xml file or go into options screen and select the league format button to change......I'll update my real world mod once the patch is released (one discussing about team names being corrected) since any time the Teams.xml file is changed, would impact the mod....

FYI I just simply copied everything over from the 2017 mod and it works fine so far

Yea, SlyBelle's mod should work no problem. I'd assume once a patch is released to add Coastal Carolina and UAB someone would need to update the mod to reflect those two teams.

Although the graphics may be correct, I would caution against using the 2017 real world mod since I believe more than graphics are included.....for example, the team prestige is in the file and I would guess that some of the prestige values of the teams would have changed from 2017 to 2018. Other things in there are play styles, tempo, etc...which I think would also have a chance of being different.

As I stated above, once the updated patch with the corrected teams come out, I will do my best to update the real world mod to be for this version.

You can actually change the conference names in game as well.. If you click Options -> Change Assn. Format, then you should be able to make any adjustments to conference/divisions names there as well.
