I am hoping someone can help me.

How do i transfer the file needed to produce the rookie class in Pro football 2018.

Where do i find the file and do you need to convert it as per the last version?

when you click end season the graduating class will show up and there will be a botton to export it. It will then save the file to your league directory.

in the pro game, you can go to the draftclass and click import and select the file.

Can you start a league with an exported DDSCF file? Meaning that file would serve as the initial player pool for the inaugural draft?

As long as it has enough players to fill all rosters I don't see why not. Its just a player file.
