You aren't paying attention. Being a highly rated player does not equate to having 90+ everything.

For that particular year and that particular position group Remarkable might be 79 and Exceptional might be 82 and that's just what it is and it makes perfect sense because not every highly rated player in reality becomes a stud

Don't get grumpy at me because you can't manipulate the game.
