Editing a Teams Tempo/Play Style (?)

Is there a way to edit a teams tempo/play style within the game without having to do it in the "teams.xml" file?

If you are in career mode you can set it for your team, if you are in sandbox you can take control of teams and set it for them. Tempo is an option in strategy screen; play style would obviously just have to do with what plays you call and your run/pass percent.

Thanks...wasn't sure how the tempo/style setting in the Teams.xml came into play.
