Staff hiring

Seems to be very buggy. I never land any of my head coaching candidates, and they turn down 6 mil a year to remain as coordinators making 2 mil. I have gone through 3 seasons and have missed on every head coach candidate. Then it hires a random guy I didn’t even offer to a 1 year contract. Has anyone else experienced issues with this? Seems like it would work better if I got an immediate response from them, rather than going through “1st staff signing period” before I find out

Hiring away coordinators is pretty tough. It factors in loyalty, etc. and it also factors in prestige of the two programs.
