Prestige Changes

I started with Syracuse, prestige 61 in the ACC.
First year was bad, 4-8. Prestige stayed 61.
Second year we started very good, got up to a top 10 ranking, finished 9-4 after a Hyundai Bowl win over Oregon. Prestige stayed at 61.
Third year we flirted with the top 25, finished 8-5 after a Pinstripe Bowl win over Iowa. Prestige stayed at 61.

Is this working as intended? I feel my last 2 seasons should have given me a bit of a bump. The first season could have put me at 60 as well to be fair.

Recruiting has been above average for my prestige I feel and the board agrees for the most part. We do look like an improving team, getting close to competing in the ACC (4-4 last year).

I don't know if it is working as intended, but I would certainly love to see a small change every year based on performance, like winning/losing season, winning or losing a rivalry. Just don't know how it would affect the game. Just seeing no change after a good season just sucks.
