I'm seeing many highly talented players getting buried in the depth charts of some of the top teams and almost never playing. I'd like to see a stage added for transfers added during the off-season, similar to the free agency stage in the pro game so that they could have an opportunity, if they wish to, transfer to a lower prestige team (possibly based on a player attribute where he values playing time vs. winning)

This reason alone is why I haven’t bought the game. It just doesn’t feel like a college game without recruiting Transfers. Please add this feature!!!
