the training seems to be warped. I have specific criteria players must meet when I recruit them, namely high intelligence and work ethic. So it's surprising to me when I put these players on 22 training, usually 6 5 5 6, and then I do the training and they go and lose -22-30-15 and the like. And it's like half the team losing so many points, not just one or two with no work ethic,

It's like players don't improve in game. They either stay the same or regress. I know that happens in reality but damn this is so much
