I created a new playbook by adding plays from the playbook screen

When I play a game I don't see the playbook I created in the choices

What is the purpose of creating your own playbook

you have to add the new plays to the actual play.xml file in the data folder

I'll have to check in to this. You should be able to create a new playbook, add plays to it, and then use it in your strategy section for different scenarios. If you sim the game it will use it, but if you play the game it should be available in the dropdown to select from.

The plays.xml file is for creating your own plays or modding the ones there, not really for playbook creation.

Thanks for looking in to this, I think this is a big part of playing the game with your own strategy and custom playbook.

After I save the new playbook the only place I see it is on the playbook creation screen.

Where do you save it to? You have to save it with the same name "Plays.xml" as the original file
