Probelms when entering the serial key

Hi

I'm getting an error everytime I'm trying to enter the serial key. Can anyone help?

Are you typing it in or doing copy and paste? If the former, try the latter! If you're doing copy & paste already, make sure that you have just the serial key hilited without any blank spaces around it.

Try downloading and running the installer in this file (don't delete the game or anything - this is just for licensing problems) and then reboot and see if it works. If not contact us using our support form on our homepage so we don't lose track of your issue and can get it worked out
