Trouble with game

Hey guys,

I just bought the game and was wondering if you guys can help me solve a problem. I have already put in a trouble shooting ticket with Wolverine but it's taking some time. Certain parts of my game doesn't seem to load. When I click on things like top 25, standings, matchup previews etc the screen is blank. I cannot upload a picture as they are all considered to big. Any help is greatly appreciated so thank you in advance.

Sorry about that... I just responded to the email. It's not an issue our support team (or any of us devs) have encountered, so hopefully my instructions will give some ideas on how to troubleshoot.
