License Issue

I emailed support on this issue but thought I would also post here. I just started the game for the first time in a number of months and it is not recognizing that I have a licensed version. At the startup screen it asks for my serial number and when I put it in, I get an error message. I've also emailed the log file to support. Anyone know what might be causing the issue?
