Display Problem

I'm having a problem that just showed up out of the blue. I haven't changed anything but all of a sudden I can't access some of the buttons towards the bottom of the screen. There is no scroll bar on the right side to make the screen go down far enough. I've tried hiding my taskbar but that doesn't help. I don't see any display settings in the game so I'm not sure what to do.

Did you change the scaling in windows?
