I just had a game where a team was behind 42-45 and got the ball back with about 3:00 left. They put together a few big plays on offense and drive to about the opponent's 20. Then with the clock at 1:45 and on first down, they kick a field goal to tie the game rather then going for the TD and milking the clock. Then they give the ball back to the other team with a minute and half left and the other team puts together a game winning scoring drive. I have seen frequent cases where teams have tried field goals on 1st and 2nd downs late in games, but this is the first time a team has lost a game because of it. Hopefully this has been tweeked for the next version of the games.
