I am new to the game, but I wondered if the 17 mods would work on the 18 game?

I can't say for the data ones - I will let Brooks answer that - but we did not change the size of the logos or fields or anything like that so those should work

They don't seem to work at all for 18

There likely was changes to the Teams.xml file for the new game so if that is the case, the real world mod may not work....I believe I read there was an upcoming patch to update teams....once that is done, I'll update the real world mod to work with the new version.

The real world mod works but it has to be installed manually in program files(x86)/Wolverine Studios/DDS College football 18/data. just replace the two xml files in that folder then the logos folder goes in the images folder inside data.

It may work, but not likely correct...there are other team values besides pictures in the file that are likely different.

I ran a whole season with it and everything worked perfectly.

yes it will likely not crash but there are values different in 2018 such as team prestige and other things....if your using the 2017 version you won’t be using what came with the default 2018 version....

This makes sense and didn't even think of that since everything looked good with the 2017 RW mod. Think I will hold off until you update before starting my career game.
