No, CSV file format is fine. When you setup the league, it expects a CSV to be used.

New version released to include Conference Championship logos after the latest game update provided the capability.

New version uploaded, minor error found...has wrong championship logo assigned to one of the conferences.

Released new version to coincide with official game release, but really no changes to my knowledge.

For the steam version where do I direct the mod?

It doesn't matter whether steam or non-steam, files go into the same place. Both versions use the same location of mod files.

I tried to start a new game with the coaches file but it didn't work. I selected the .csv file in the start game menu as directed but there are all cpu generated coaches names when I load into the game it creates.

I just did it myself and worked fine. Make sure the file is showing below the select coach file when you hit submit.
