This is the best that I can do.

Change the schedule back to ThirteenTeam. The main issue causing your error is the LastStandings attribute. That must be a sequential and unique number within each division. So if you have a 7 team division, each team needs to uniquely be assigned 1-7. One or more of your teams had a duplicate. If you moved teams around, you likely didn't adjust it which messed up the original division and the destination division. Unfortunately, I changed so many in your file, I am not sure exactly what divisions(s) it was. But I have attached your file that appears to now work.
