Is there a PSD template for jerseys?

I'd like to have create some other jerseys but I'm not a great "photoshopper". I can work off of a template so I was hoping someone knew where one existed. Thanks

I don't know if you ever got an answer. I use a simple template without a helmet. If you want it, I can give it to you.
