Player rotation

Hi,
I set my player rotation and checked the "Set Lock" and sim a few games and realize that my rotation was changed back to the AI settings. What am I doing wrong?

If you go into Options screen, do you have CPU managing your depth chart/subs? I believe that would change your setup, even if you set the lock.
