Unhandled Exception - Export DB

Anyone else having issues exporting the DB to access file?

I am receiving the following error :

An unhandled exception occurred : Field "Conferences.DivName1"
cannot be a zero-length string.

I looked in the default.dat file prior to creating a league and all looks correct. All conferences are populated with N/A except the MAC which is only conference split into divisions and they are listed East and West
