I made a 23 year old coach with the lowest ratings, my first job was the 3rd assistant with Oregon. Prestige was 10, after one season it shot up to a 46 and I head offers to become a head coach for Washington, Oregon State and a lot of mid majors. Idk if its just me or not but I feel like that's to fast. Has anyone else had that happen?

Sounds too fast.
Out of curiosity, what was your team's record? Even if they were undefeated, it would be too fast, but maybe that's a small explanation.

I've never experienced anything like that in 11 years with the game. Strange.

You may have something. I just now had a #3 go from 18 this season to 41 for next season in Reputation. HC, #1, #2 all normal progression.

Oregon finished 24-11 and made it to the Sweet 16.

As 3rd Asst at Oregon, you must have gotten on the good side of Nike's Phil Knight.

It won't allow me to post a screenshot, but I tried it a second time and had similar results.
