What's the best strategy to use in game?

For Offense and Defense do you use auto-switch or something you've been practicing like Motion?

If I use auto-switch will it switch between the two offenses I've been practicing or will it throw a bunch of randoms in there?

Definitely use what you've practiced. Auto-switch will only switch between defenses and offenses you've practiced.

I only practice 2 offenses and then use the auto-switch in game which will just switch back and forth between those two offenses. During gameplay, at the top of the screen, it will say which offense/defense you and the opponent are running so you can verify for yourself as well.
