Issue loading 1.3

Interestingly enough it loaded seamlessly on the computer I do NOT usually play the game on, but it won't load on the computer I DO play the game on. I get to the first "Yes No" screen, but it never gets any farther. And yes, I've tried turning my anti-virus off, and I got the same non-result.

I know it doesn't help, but no issue here with the install. I know you tried turning off AV, but more times than not related to it.

I'm not sure what you mean by "yes no screen" but try uninstalling and reinstalling and then please be more clear as to where exactly its getting stuck
