Coaches warnings

I play out all of my games in 2D.

Question: Can my assistants get warnings or get me a warning. I did not hit any buttons. I see I get warned. Multiple times in multiple different games. However the other teams coach got warned several times also. At first I thought it was a mistake in the game. But when the other computer AI coach was warned also then I was confused.

So either my assistants caused me to get a warning.... Or it is an error in the game?

No it should only happen if you hit the work ref button. I will look at it

been watching closely, Ive seen where my players have gotten warned but not the coach since. I will keep watching.

Yeah, that's new in DDSCB2018 since players now can have technical fouls assessed against them.
