I'm not entirely new to the game but I'm having a hard time figuring out where to find the reports that I might be interested in buying. I see the Buy Reports action button (two right facing arrowheads) and the greyed out basketball but when I hit it, it just simply moves on to the transfer stage. I don't see where I have to go to decide which reports to buy and how much I want to spend etc. The update to 1.3 says it added a "suggest" button to "Buy Reports" and I don't see that either. Please help me. I want to get this settled before I proceed in the game. I don't know why I'm not seeing anything. I'm guessing I'm just overlooking something that is obvious. But I do need and would appreciate help here. Thank you.

any chance you turned on the option within the options screen to have the computer handle those duties? i typically use that option myself and you won’t get an option to choose the reports then.
