Question about Recruit Notes

Question about the recruit notes after the summer camps and the notes start populating with "top 25 or decent yet not spectacular, etc"

Do the teams/coaches evaluate players differently or does each player get that note regardless of your scouting/assistant coach scouting rating?

For example, could the SG I am chasing that says "Decent yet not spectacular" actually say "Top 5" for another team/coach?

I am not sure but I BELIEVE that those evaluations are the same no matter which team they would be reported to. The reason I say that is that the email lists the Top 5 and I'm pretty sure that evaluation is a consensus coming out of the camp, so I'm guessing that the Top 10 or Top 25 evaluation may be a consensus evaluation as well. I might be wrong though.
