Game won't load rookies, meaning I cannot play

I just purchased the game about an hour ago and tried to get a rookie file but was unsucceful setting it up so decided to generate a rookie class and half way through loading it froze and wouldn't move so restarted and same thing happend.. any help?

Since you said "rookies" i presume you are playing DDSPB (pro) rather than DDSCB (college). If so, I suggest you repost your comments in the DDSPB2018 forum section so those most familiar with that game will see your comments and be able to respond.
