I took over a team with 13 players with scholarships, 2 walk ons, no seniors so do I have any need to recruit? I don't see where in any screens how many scholarship(s) I have left to offer. Thanks for any advice.

If you have 13 scholarships awarded and no seniors amongst those 13 players, then you'll have no scholarships to offer this season.

There is an email that comes out I believe on May 1 that tells how many players you can recruit. Also at the top of the recruit screen, it shows "Budget/Scholarships" and shows the amount of recruiting budget you have remaining and the number of scholarships you have yet to offer.
