After you have your letter of intents and offered all your scholarships (for example, you have 3 scholarships available, have offered all three, and 3 recruits have signed LOIs)....do you need to do any more work recruiting? (1) Should you continue to call and work at recruiting in case you lose a player to transfer or (2) can you get players beyond those you offered scholarship to fill walk-on positions (i.e. you recruit players who don't get a scholarship)?

No to both 1 and 2. no need to recruit if they have signed LOI's and recruiting won't affect who you get as walkons.

BUT...continue to take recruiting activities to expend your budget so that you have a better chance of getting your end of year request to the board approved. An easy way to expend money quickly is to spend money on Int'l recruits.
