Block % and Steal % all 0's

I noticed that all of the players on all of the teams have 0 showing up as the calculated Block % and Steal % (STL% and BLK%). This is under the advanced stats. Is this supposed to be this way or is this a known issue? Or am i misunderstanding the stat....or is it just something with my games (although this is happening across all my saves). Thank you.

I'm getting this, too. The Pro version works fine, however the College version is all zeros.
