Transfering games between computers

I'd like to play the same save game on 2 computers. It looks safe to me but I'll ask if it's okay to simply move the contents of the save folder between them (copy them to a cloud service). I keep the game up to date so there's no version mismatch. Anything else to worry about?

Yeah, that would work...as would using a thumb drive to move the saved files (the folder and file) for your association.
